A. Cortland Mansion can be booked up to 24 months in advance.

Q. What is included in the rental price?
A. The rental price includes: Facility (No time limits are placed on events), 200 folding white chairs, 300 Walnut Chiavari chairs with Brocade cushions, 30- 5.5 foot round tables, 12-6 foot banquet tables, use of facility, bridal room, commercial kitchen (SERVICE ONLY) parking lot, and courtyard.

Q. Are there additional fees for on-site ceremonies?
A. No. There are no additional fees for on-site ceremonies.

Q. Can alcohol be served on premise?
A. Yes, through a Cortland Mansion vendor who also provides a Maryland TAMS certified Bartender

Q. Do you provide arrangements for flowers, cakes or caterers?
A. No but please see our vendors list for preferred reliable caterers and/or specialty needs.

Q. Does Cortland have its own in house caterer?
A. Yes, Visit Celebrations at Cortland Mansion for information or stop by Cortland Mansion during tour hours to speak with a representative.

Q. Are there any nearby accommodations?
A. Yes. The Spring Hill Suites By Marriott, located just minutes away provides special courtesy rates to attendees of events at Cortland Mansion.
