A. We recommend that reservations are made up to one year in advance.

A. The rental price includes: facility and grounds, 200 folding white chairs, 300 Walnut Chiavari chairs with Brocade cushions, 30- 5.5 foot round tables, 12-6 foot banquet tables, bridal suite, parking lot, and courtyard.

A. No. There are no additional fees for on-site ceremonies.

Q. Can alcohol be served on premise?
A. Yes, Cortland Mansion is licensed by the Liquor Board, and offers a full bar.

Q. Do you provide arrangements for flowers, cakes or caterers?
A. Yes we provide in house catering and also can provide cakes.
